1. About the Service

Harvesto allows you to transform meeting transcripts into professional LinkedIn content using AI-powered personas. The service connects to your Zoom account (with your authorization), retrieves meeting transcripts, sanitizes them to remove sensitive information, and generates suggested LinkedIn posts based on your configured personas.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Harvesto.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Your Data and Content

5.1 Transcript Data

When you connect your Zoom account, we access meeting transcripts on your behalf. You represent that you have the right to share this data with us and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5.2 Generated Content

The LinkedIn posts generated by our AI are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content to LinkedIn or other platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of generated content.

5.3 Personas

Persona configurations you create remain your property. We use them solely to generate content on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload transcripts containing illegal content or content you do not have rights to share
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by AfterActions, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Zoom, OpenAI, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFTERACTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AfterActions, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
